I am the attorney and owner of Ortiz Law Office. I was born and raised in Washington and I love the Northwest. After working for various Immigration Law firms for four years, I opened Ortiz Law Office in 2014. My practice focuses on both removal defense and affirmative immigration cases. My job brings me a lot of pleasure and I enjoy getting to know my clients. I speak both English and Spanish. When I am not in the office, I enjoy spending time in my garden, reading historical fiction, and walking my dog.

I am the Senior Paralegal and have been with Ortiz Law Office since 2016. I have over 16 years of experience in immigration. I graduated WWU in 2002 and in 2018, received a Paralegal Certificate from AILA.

I am a proud Latina to Puerto Rican and Cuban parents whom I love to spend time with. My talented husband and I have a 6-year-old son full of wit, personality, competitiveness, creativity, imagination, intellect, and the same drive that his father and I both have.

I am passionate about professional and personal growth, often finding ways to pour back into my community and my peers as a mentor or role model. For over 10 years I served on the board of Hispanic Seafair Organization. I own two small businesses, love to craft, attend happy hours with my girlfriends, work on my personal and physical wellness, and to find something new to be grateful for every day.
